On Monday, April 28th I had a plumbing issue in my upstairs bathroom that needed addressed. I was in a bit of a panic and contacted Crist Plumbing & Heating. That is when I met Jerry Willard on the phone. Jerry came to my house within the hour and addressed the situation and took care of our problem. My wife was so impressed with him and his service. We had to get a combi boiler. They came out right away, evaluated the need, explained several options and pricing very clearly. Absolutely no pressure to choose one over the other. Our heat was off for two days and they offered space heaters for over night. Sam even returned a few days later to see if we were satisfied and see if we had any questions. Great customer service!
